A popular area for commuters as Three Bridges Station offers fantastic links into London or to the coast. Due to the development of the London to Brighton railway line, the village grew due to it being a mainline station. With excellent links via train there are also many bus links around the neighbourhood with the Fastway bus service. There is a range of properties for sale in Three Bridges; there are many different sizes and ages including several modern executive style developments. Three Bridges neighbours both Pound Hill and Northgate

Education

There are good educational facilities with Three Bridges Infant & Junior Schools and the popular Hazelwick Secondary School. The availability of a secondary school close by which has good Ofsted reports and some fantastic facilities makes Three Bridges a fantastic place to live.

Things to do

There is a small shopping area and a branch of Barclays and Lloyds TSB banks. Among some of the shops include a bride shop, a dog groomers, and a miniature models shop.

Other facilities in the area include a community centre, a medical centre and playing fields. Three Bridges Neighbourhood Forum is run by residents and gets involved with the issues throughout the community. So far they have successfully campaigned for a children’s play area, held bulb planting mornings, and planted trees. The Snooty Fox pub is a real hit among the locals with its simple food and cask ales along with a pool table and TV sports. Three Bridges has its own football club, Three Bridges F.C which you can get involved with and support the local team!
