Yesterday Greenaway Residential Estate Agents were instructed to let this property in Pound Hill at 4pm after the Landlord’s existing agent had failed to find a tenant leaving the property empty for over a month. We are pleased to say that at 9.30am a tenant agreed to let it at the full asking price. I am not sure why it took so long for the team to find a tenant, but well done.
