Bewbush and Broadfield have a range of different age and style properties but mainly offer affordable family accommodation. The areas have a strong sense of community with the Sure Start programme for toddlers and a choice of Bewbush First & Middle Schools and Waterfield First in Bewbush and Broadfield East First & Middle Schools and Seymour First & Middle in Broadfield. They offer good transport links by either the FastTrack bus service or by car including easy access to the M23. Broadfield in particular has an excellent parade of local shops including Somerfield, Iceland and Superdrug as well as a chemist and Petrol Station. Bewbush is home to one of Crawley’s main leisure centres offering a range of sports and outdoor activities. Broadfield also has plenty for the children with a youth club and adventure play area plus located in Broadfield is the home of Crawley Town Football Club.
